Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pemble (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

2. Your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current.
One account per person. Do not create an account for anyone else without their permission.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the content you post — including anonymous messages, public replies, and profile information (collectively, “User Content”). By posting User Content you grant Pemble a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Service.

4. Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content

You agree not to post, send, or share, and not to solicit others to post, content that:

Is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, bullying, or defamatory.
Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Contains sexually explicit material, nudity, or any sexual content involving minors (CSAM is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities).
Infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
Reveals another person’s private information without their consent (“doxxing”).
Constitutes spam, scams, malware, phishing, or fraudulent activity.
Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.
Encourages self-harm or suicide, or promotes dangerous activities.

You also agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent moderation or safety features.
Scrape, crawl, or automate the Service without prior written permission.
Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service.
Use the Service to harm, exploit, or endanger others.

Zero tolerance. Accounts that post objectionable content as defined above may be suspended or terminated immediately and without notice.

5. Content moderation and reporting

We moderate User Content and reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe may harm users.
You can report objectionable content or abusive users using the in-app reporting controls (the “Report” option on any profile, message, or reply) or by emailing support@pemble.krd.
We commit to reviewing reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, removing offending content, and ejecting the user who provided that content where appropriate.
A server-side filter automatically rejects messages, replies, display names, bios, and gift notes that contain known profanity, slurs, or other objectionable terms at the time of submission. This filter is updated regularly and is in addition to user reporting and human moderation.
Recipients can immediately remove any incoming message — including its public reply — from their profile using the “Hide” action in their inbox.
You can block other users. Blocked users cannot send you messages or interact with your profile.
Users who repeatedly violate these Terms will have their accounts terminated.

6. Anonymous messages

The Service allows messages to be sent anonymously. Anonymity does not exempt senders from these Terms. To deter abuse, we retain a one-way hash of the sender’s IP address with each message, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Paid features (gifts, top-ups, verification)

You can purchase in-app points through a top-up request; points can be used to send gifts to other users.
Points and gifts have no cash value, are not refundable, and cannot be exchanged or transferred outside the Service.
Prices, point conversion rates, and the availability of paid features may change at any time.
A verification badge is cosmetic and does not imply endorsement.
Top-up and verification requests are processed manually. We may reject a request if we cannot confirm the payment or if we suspect fraud.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if we need to do so to protect the Service or other users.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content licenses for already-published replies, disclaimers, limits of liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or legality of User Content. Use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pemble and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region / Republic of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest change. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
